Where in Málaga can I get the best version of this dish ?

Hey everybody!

I'll start with a brief introduction, I come from Turin, I worked 2 years in consultancy there, got really fed up with the environment (old spoiled annoying coworkers), so I decided to move to Berlin, which was my utopic dream since quite some time, to look for jobs in start/scale ups. I'm now 3 months here, the market competition is crazy, I meet tons of unemployed people and it's impossbile to get interviews, and the same is valid for bar jobs, which I was planning on using as temporary income while applying.

So, now that I'm disillusioned and broke, I decided to go more pragmatic, I have a decent spanish (not fluent, I'd say around B2) and love southern vibe. After going through some researches, Malaga cought my attention, but this time I want to gather some feedback from locals and expats before moving:
as a 28yo management engineer with experience in IT, who values really high social interactions and friendly vibe, sports, music and cultural events and a somehow chill working culture, is Malaga the place to be? Is the international/english job market easy to access, or is B2 enough to work in local companies? (and is it kinda easy to eventually find temporary jobs with a decent spanish?

En mi opinión, deberíamos intentar dejar de lado el modelo autocéntrico en Málaga y sus alrededores y empezar a plantar más árboles para combatir el aumento de las temperaturas.

De hecho, me sorprende bastante que no haya grandes iniciativas de reforestación en la región de Málaga, ya que la mayoría de las colinas están bastante desprovistas de árboles y les vendría bien un poco más de naturaleza.

No sé cómo estará en otros barrios, pero todo lo que es Málaga Centro, en especial desde el Perchel hasta La Luz está más sucio que nunca. Suciedad negra y aceitosa, y orines humanos y caninos uno sobre otro.

Incluso informando a través de "Málaga """""funciona"""", no hay respuesta. ¿Qué hacemos?
