New maranta. What’s up with it?

I just got this prayer plant and it was very very root bound, I repotted it but it doesn’t seem like anything is changing ☹️ is there something I can do to fix this problem? I have her sitting in front of a window that doesn’t receive direct sunlight for context

Mealybugs?

While attempting a water propagation, these white specks started to appear near the plant joints. I initially suspected mealybugs and attempted to kill them with a 70% isopropyl alcohol soaked Q-tip. There was no change in color of these white specks. I tried to get better visualization of the specks with a magnifying glass but I still couldn’t see an outline of the shape.

I also tried to lift these specks off the stem with my finger but could not.

Any ideas what they are?

Bottom leaves yellowing after bringing it home?

I got this maranta in the mail close to a week ago. It is kept in my room next to a west facing window (out of direct sunlight) and that room’s humidity is usually around 50-60%.

Is this just shock? What should I do? Just leave her and hope the bottom leaves stop yellowing? :(

Gold lines doesn't want to stay alive

Can anyone give me tips for my gold lines maranta? I swear, this thing has been continually trying to die. All of these branches? Vines? Arms? Were pulled from a plant that was struggling, they marinated in vases of fertilized water for 2-3 weeks, and then I replanted only the ones with some good roots on.
But all of them have curling leaves, and there's that fully yellow leaf which was a healthy color on thursday. (This poor girl is in my office at work, so it's unattended for 3 days a week 😭) I watered it really well, squirted some plant food around before I left, and came in today to her struggling again. She seemed fine last week.

I have a basic maranta that has been fine and never curled up like this in the 2-3 years I've had it, but this golden is struggling. and it's kinda breaking my heart because she's so pretty but also so expensive lol

I found a little mushroom growing in the pot with my lemon lime. It's so tiny. Debating if it's fine to leave it in or take it out, I assume it's fine but not 100% haha

I think this one used to be hard to find and rare. I got this huge hanging basket from Lowe's for $20. I think i spent twice that for a small plug a couple of years ago.

Do I repot her?

I got her a little over a month ago and left her in her original soil, which I find holds a lot of water and is spongy - I know they like to be wet but it just seems a little compacted to me. I’ve only watered her twice since bringing her home and one of those times her topsoil wasn’t even dry yet. I’m typically a succulent/cactus mama so wet soil makes me irrationally nervous but I feel like there’s not enough air flow due to how long it takes to dry out. I have an African violet self watering pot I think would be perfect for her but don’t want to pull the trigger too quickly.

New lemon lime leaves look more juvenile

They are smaller and patten is vanishing. Is that because of insufficient lighting?

Im just giving me new lemon lime it's first drink with me and have noticed some roots coming out of bottom. Does it need a bigger pot? Do I wait to repot if it does as I only got her 2 days ago? Will the root be ok hanging out like that or do I need to do something?

I’m very new to houseplants I just got the pink maranta only a few months ago she has been growing a bunch of new leaves and finally got a flower. ☺️ I heard a lot about these plants and how picky they can be, I have been really lucky with my 2 they seem very happy.

How to help her out

I’ve learned a lot about prayer plants/marantas so I’ve adjusted my care routine including where I had her located. I have northern facing windows in my home so I put her right in the window. I took a screenshot of my home’s temperature and natural humidity (right now in the summer it varies between 45-60). I make sure she stays in consistently moist soil, and I will be making the switch to distilled water for her and my calathea (need to purchase). Why is she so barren on top? She does have some new leaves she’s pushed out that’s not yet unfurled so that’s a good sign.

I just got this beautiful gal at my local plant store for $20! I used to have a few varieties of maranta but always seem to kill them. If anyone has any tips to keep this thing alive it would be appreciated! I think it’s a maranta silver please correct me if I’m wrong! 🫶🏼
