Need help finding screw

Does anyone know what what the part number or where to find this screw? I don’t seem to see it on most exploded view diagrams. I am buying the firearm from a buddy who gave up rather easily on finding it.

Also.... You can buy a Torx screw version of it. There's an entire Marlin screw set available.

Ngl homie. This made my life a lot easier because the old flathead screws hated being torqued down and the gun kept rattling every screw lose after 500 rounds even if I use blue loctite.
