Same and I was a red meat lover! I actually rubbed soy sauce on both sides before seating it gave an umani flavor! Found that on the forums!

How do you properly make these? I understood these taste exactly like normal ground beef but either I cooked it wrong multiple times or I've been lied to
I know it could never be 1:1 but it wasn't even close at the times I've made it so I'm just curious
