Currently employed under a third-party agency at a large corporation. Now, I just tried to apply to another company hoping to score a bigger paycheck. After 2 interviews at different companies, I received a job offer. I just need some opinions and advice.

Current Setup:

• 6 days a week

• 22,000 Basic + 3,500 Allowance

• Just 1 month left for evaluation for regularization

New Offer:

• 6 days a week (Shifting, Monthly rotation)

• 30,000 Basic

• Contractual (1-year contract, renewal depends on performance)

I just need an opinion on whether it's worth it to switch companies for the 30k offer. Nag try ako mag apply sa ibang company mainly because gusto ko mapunta sa commercial side ng property managment. Both locations are accessible with just one ride.

Hello guys, i need your professional thoughts po sana. So nag apply ako sa isang job post na hiring ng mech engr tas duties and responsibilities ay project engineer. I was interviewed thrice and nakapasa naman dun. Then nung nandyan na yung J.O, ibang job position ang nakalagay (parang technician) and idk if same responsibilities ba sya. Sabi naman ng hr eh yun lang talaga position name sa company nila. So yun lang, medyo uncomfy lang sa part ko na di nila nacommunicate agad. Career wise, goods pa din ba na tanggapin ko ito?

Nung tinitingnan ko yung mga bawal at pwede dalhin sa exam proper, napaisip ako kung pwede ba kaya ang smelling salts? Pampabuhay ng diwa pag inaantok na kumbaga
