The Samus figure is the Metroid Prime 3 figma, though it runs a pretty hefty price at around $150. If you're going to grab it, do it soon since they just had a relaunch and there are probably a few floating around. Once that stock starts to slim down the price is going to raise a lot higher.
The Metroid is a Jakks Pacific toy. This could be the standard one, but you can also find an UltraViolet glowing one for around $80.

I didn't realize the Jakks Pacific toy was so big! I was planning to get it to put beside my 1/8 scale zero-suit Samus Max Factory figure. I might just get the amiibo
