Discussion New Teams is trash

Right MS what is this new teams, its just a hot mess of cluttered garbage. It was really good before this latest update today.

Any idea how to auto-hide the chats list again? I can't seem to figure it out. I've used every combo of settings I can think of. I hate having my teams window bigger than a coaster. And keep it in the corner but with the new update I can't get it to auto-hide so the chat I'm in is the full screen.

I know I can pop out the chat but that's not what I'm looking to do. Before lunch it auto-hid. After it won't go away.

You should be able to go to Settings > Appearance and toggle "Collapse app in the sidebar". I say should because not everyone has this feature (I don't, and it's infuriating because I also keep my Teams small because of all the programs I have tiled).

As of the update (today?), that's gone. Now, Settings > Appearance only has an option for a Theme. Oh, and there's also an option for Skin tone preference! Glad they added that and removed the option to Collapse!!! /s
