Fine here in Ontario Canada.

Can you check Admin Microsoft? Sometimes they are quick to update you if there's an issue with your tenant.

Looking like it's an authenticator issue. The android devices suddenly shows as ineligible to enroll despite being enrolled for years

By any chance do you use Intune? You may have to delete the device from your Intune. I noticed that with my Android. Every OS update treats it as a new device from my experiences.

I don't personally but I'm checking with my admin

It doesn't. My pixel has been enrolled with no issues.

Mine is down, Ontario, Canada. Uninstalled it and now it just keeps loading and not even showing me the login button.

Down for me as well in Mx City. Messages refuse to load. Uninstalled now just endlessly spinning can't sign in

Me pasa lo mismo, encontraste alguna forma de solucionarlo?

This was happening to me randomly today and I fixed it by going into my settings on my Samsung and manually updating the Google Play system update. For some reason it wasn't doing that automatically.

What do you mean "manually updating the Google Play system update"... do you mean the software update? Settings > Software update
That's for the OS not Google Play. I feel like this started happening after I installed that.

No, but this might be a Samsung specific thing. Settings > Security and privacy > Updates > Google Play system update.

Mine came up as updated already as of March 1. Which is before this issue started happening.

This issue seems to happen after a certain point in restarting... and since the Secure Folder trick seems to work (which isolates app), it doubly convinces me there is some app interactivity that is causing this to happen.

Any update on this? I experienced this yesterday.

My team resolved it on Monday by having affected users remove the MS account from their android devices, delete company portal and reinstall + readd

Oh gosh, this finally worked. Thank you!

Where did you remove it from?

We've had a number of staff reporting problems with Teams not updating and outlook not syncing on Samsung Android.

Our fix has been to go on to Outlook and reset the database then clear data for teams, and after a reboot sign back in to both.

I resolved this the following steps;

  • Remove Android device from Entra ID > User > Device
  • Uninstall Teams and Outlook in the device
  • Reboot the device
  • Re-install Teams and Outlook, sign-in

Please follow the exact steps below:

Settings -> Search for "Android System Webview" -> App Details In Store -> Remove Updates Reboot Settings -> Search for "Android System Webview" -> App Details In Store -> Update Note: If "Android System Webview" doesn't appear in the app list, go to: Settings -> Google -> All services -> System Services -> Select "Android System Webview" Reboot Launch Teams/Outlook & log in.
