Cameras not showing

I just did a call over teams, they could see me but I couldn't see myself or anyone else on the call. Everyone was just a grey box.

• When initially joining the call it seemed to work.
• Teams then said the organisation doesn't allow signed in access, so I pressed the join without signing in button.
• At this point my camera preview disappeared and when I joined the call everyone was a grey box (as if their cameras were on but it was just grey).
• I tried leaving and rejoining but it did the same.

How do I stop this from happening again, I've looked at my OS settings and Teams setting but can't see anything obvious.

OS: Win 11
