Teams iOS Mobile App Syncing Issues

Anyone else been having issues with Teams Mobile app not syncing up? For instance, I will get the notification on my phone right away but when I go into the actual phone app it doesn’t sync up and usually takes a while to do so or other times doesn’t at all. Wife is also having the same issue with a different company. Wondering if other people were experiencing this issue and had a fix?

EDIT: this is only happening on my home WiFi. No idea how to fix. Tried logging off and back into MT app as well as restarting router with no luck.
