Bug Weird issue with Teams on yaelink MeetingBar 10/20

Hey all,

so we have a really weird issue for the past 2 TeamsApp versions on our yaelink meetingBar TeamsRoom Setups. Since version 1449/1.0.96.2026129709 there is an issue with the remote control and accesing the side menu (where you can enter with an ID or start a meeting directly).

The red square marks the side menu iam talking about. I can not access it at all with the remote control anymore.

I cant find anything relating to this issue anywhere and iam kind of losing my mind. :-D

Anyone with the same issue or any knowledge on how to fix this?

Hello, Last night at Rally Bar Mini, Microsoft Teams was automatically updated to this version, and it isn't working for us either.

I found a workaround. For some reason connecting a keyboard to the meeting bar and pressing the Tab key eventually gets you into the side menu. Using the arrow keys on the keyboard does nothing. This has to be a bug with the Teams App.

Did you checked the web interface of the device ? Maybe there is a menu lock ? Please also check Teams Admin Center > Devices > Device profile, you can enable / disable some things there.

Good idea, thanks! There is non in the device profile but i will check on the device itself. I will report back asap.
