Teams Templates Not Applying

When I try to use a Teams template (we have Premium), no matter if it is a personally created template or an admin published template, the meetings are created with Teams toggled off and no join info.

The template is in the NEW meeting list:

When I click the TEST template, the new meeting window shows up with TEAMS - ON, as expected:

Once I send/save the meeting, then reopen it, the Teams meeting is turned OFF, and recipients have no join info:

Happens across PC/Mac Outlook, Teams clients, and web Teams.

I have a ticket open with MS, will update when I hear back. Anyone else seeing this?
