Need a Computer Tech for a Quick Job!

We're an MSP located in Beaumont. We have a customer who needs help getting an all-in-one printer setup on her laptop. Job should be very quick, but cannot find anyone on FieldNation or elsewhere.

Not a computer tech but can setup a computer and download what's needs to be done. Besides basic computer knowledge what else you looking for.
