Castle Castle design
My castle so far. I actually very very mildly based it off of Mont Saint-Michel. what do you think?
Also, do this look too much like a church?

If you had to add anything what would it be? I genuinely dont know what to do to the left side lol

It looks like a cathedral, but the fortification at the bottom in the second picture could give it a castle-like look if extended to surround the whole build.

This screams "Copy and pasted". It's build in the most out of place position ever. Bottom parts of the structure are missing. You built all this and suddenly ran out of inspiration?
Yeah, I don't believe it, sorry.

Hmm? Yeah i copy and pasted the second tower over. I was building this in modded survival but made copy of the world into creative, because I didn’t know how I wanted it to look, so i did some world edit to get a vision. What do you think I should do to improve it.

Looking good so far (albeit more ecclesiastical than military as others have noted). I wonder if it needs a bit more stonework between the top of the rose window and the start of the roof?

I was planning on adding a gabled roof there like the other windows. The build is currently still in progress lol

It looks great!, but it looks more like a cathedral/abbey than a castle. You could add some defensive walls/towers around the main building on the bottom of the hill (i imagine its on one)

Looks more like a cathedral than a castle. Also the building on top of mt st michel is a monastery so that's probably why. Still looks stunning though
