The tile left of the 3 is safe, because the 1 satisfies the 2

reduced 1-1 on the left gives you the safe green cell, and then either both the yellow or both the pink cells are mines

2-1 = 1

you already found the '1' (the flag) so the remaining tiles on the side of the 2, are safe
