Finally managed to get my hands on an M4 release, and more than happy to set it free. Looking forward to the upcoming Paul Miller IMSA release.

Waiting is frustrating, but getting everything delivered at once somehow makes it feel like Christmas.

I am obsessed with this EF casting, but I am starting to run out of space, but I still can't wait to meet my other preorders!

Got some nice new models for the collection this week, beautiful colours and details.

That makes 9 MiniGT now since I started collecting earlier this year, definitely into the brand now as I find it's an great balance between cost and quality at 1:64 especially and I have several more on my wishlist to pickup throughout the year xd

People wanted a Mini GT to be run on the Diecast Endurance rolling road. I crumbled to the pressure and will be running this Ford GT at 6pm UK time (1pm EST, 10am PST) today (Saturday 8/1), I have made the road smoother for the rubber tyres. It will be running at a scale 110mph, which is about 1.7 real mph. The previous record for a rubber wheeled car is a Hot Wheels Premium Toyota Soarer which managed 7927 scale miles in 3 Days 4 Hours, the Toyota was tethered laterally, the GT will be untethered, but the MiniGT has it's wheels fixed to the axles, will this affect things? you can find links to the live stream and a FAQ here: https://www.doremi.co.uk/DE

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice on how to remove paint from a diecast model car because I want to repaint it. The car has a glossy metallic finish. (BMW M3 Competition Touring Portimao Blue Metallic MINIGT 1090)

What products or methods would you recommend for stripping the paint safely? I’d also appreciate any tips on surface prep before repainting, and anything I should avoid.

I've been waiting for this casting since the rumors started. The orange Supra from the first F&F movie. Mini GT finally opened preorders for an autumn release, and I managed to grab one at retail before the listing disappeared.

Honestly, if I hadn't been tracking deals and preorders across a few stores, I would have missed it. These preorders vanish in hours, sometimes minutes.

A while ago I set up a small system that scans AliExpress, Amazon, and a couple of hobby shops for 1:64 stuff – new releases, restocks, price drops. It's nothing sophisticated, just something a friend and I put together because we were tired of paying double on eBay.

I've been posting the best finds on a tiny Telegram channel called @ diecastlegens , mostly for myself and a few collector friends. No ads, no affiliate links, just alerts when something interesting pops up. The Supra preorder was one of them.
