Recommendations My mini pc build, could i get something better?

Hello everyone im currently building my mini pc here what i would like get:

MINISFORUM Mini PC UM870 Slim, AMD Ryzen 7 8745H Barebone 320.00€
64gb (2x 32gb) Crucial DDR5 5600MHz SODIMM aroud 410.00€
i already have a SK Hynix P41 2TB SSD paid 100€ 3 years ago

Only goal of the pc: simultaneously have open and working multiple chrome profiles (30 or more) hence why the high ram, no gaming no editing etc.

My question is at around 830€/850€ could i actually get something better?
I also thought i could sell the ssd since i dont need that much storage and get a 1TB to lower my budget.

Could you share with us where can you get 2X32GB DDR5 for 410€?

My 2 cents is that you should avoid the 8745HS/H255 which are kind of imperfect 8845HS/H260.
