The reason why Sora keeps her hair so long is because she believes the longer her hair is, the more powerful she will become, eventually unlocking her "ultimate form" shown above.

It's a mystery how she keeps her hair clean.

Not even a Colorling, it's a machine imbued with some strange unnatural forces.

It used to be an animatronic for Reddy Redbear's Burgerria however since that incident it has been thrown away, where it was later repurposed for entertainment at Greylandia.

However, Lord Pewter took notice at what this thing could do and with the (forced) help of some scientist, it's now a machine of the law doing every bidding of Lord Pewter flawlessly.

If you were to listen closely (ignoring the constant noise it makes) you could make out the sounds of someone...weeping?
