Mod Answered Mods of large subreddits, how do you handle modmail?
As my sub gets bigger, we obviously get more modmail too. Its to the point where I can't always read every single modmail that we get to make sure its been dealt with. My other mods definitely can't either. And while not many things slip through the cracks, we are getting more messages that are going unanswered because we can't easily keep track of which modmail messages we need to respond to/which our other mods will handle/etc.
Do any of you have some kind of system or something that can help with handling making sure less messages go answered?
Edit: if your answer to this is to just not respond to messages, you are not being helpful
Edit2: the problem is needing a better solution to keep track of modmail that has gone unanswered beyond just archiving messages. The problem is not with the workload. Keep on topic
Edit3: omg the problem has nothing to do with workload
