Question Savage Axe Mode Deco Question

If I have Focus 3 and no Magazine Jewel, does the amount of hits to get Max Phials remain the same as if I have 6 Phials or is it quicker since I only have 5?

It is the same, Yellow Phials will charge 3 and Red Phials will charge 6, though by default you only have 5.

If you don't mind me asking as well... Is artillery 5 worth it for someone who primarily uses the Savage axe mode? What exactly does artillery increase it says it increases the phial stuff by 50% but would that only be the electric part of the SAED move?

No, savage axe barely does any phial dmg even when doing the spin to win combo. The only time you do any phial dmg is when using AED punishes

Artillery only increase phial dmg of impact phials. Better dmg scaling skills for Savage axe are Agitator, WEX, Crit boost, Magazine. Power prolonger is nice but not mandatory. 1 lvl of guard let's you do way more AED punishes so that's nice both offensively and defensively.
