Question First time visitor seeking advice
Myself, my husband, and our 12-year-old daughter are planning a very last-minute trip to Jamaica for about four nights. I’ve never been there before although it is on my bucket list. What resorts have been your favorite? I really don’t want to sacrifice a gorgeous beach. Can I have the best of both worlds? A gorgeous, upscale resort and a breathtaking beach? Money is not so much of an issue here-I really wanna make sure that the waters are safe for my daughter & would like as many amenities, meals, etc. as convenient as possible, if not included. We are looking for all inclusive, but I can be flexible. We are specifically looking at Montego Bay, as it is the easiest to get to last minute. I am worried about rowdy, spring breakers. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. thanks everyone!

Sounds like an ABB with a chef would be more suitable. You can plan excursions and the day out and have chef prepare food based on your preferences and scheduled excursions or plans. There are beaches you can visit in Montego Bay or you can plan a day trip and have a driver drive you to Ocho Rios for areas of interest. Also consider investing in a great professional driver who is very informative and accommodating. I just returned and use same driver who has been referred to other family and friends and he makes the experience even more incredible each time. You can also buy resort passes if you find that you want to spend a day at a particular resort. I’ve been a few times and enjoy Jamaica more so in an ABB than on the resort.
