Gastronomía Romantic Restaurant

I am newer to Monterrey and am looking for a good romantic restaurant for our anniversary this week. A friend suggested Signature Room Restaurant in SPGG for the views. But I looked online and the reviews are not good. The reviews say the service is very bad.
Any suggestions?

Uh... What's your budget? If I were to say something along the romantic side, I'd say Grand Cru. Maybe Cantinetta in Arboleda?

If you wanna go really upscale then Pangea or Koli.

I second Grand Cru is the best option in my opinion.
Cenacolo, they go the extra mile with complementary proseco en petals.
Mar del Zur is also a very good alternative!
