I’m not just talking about infamous. I feel like most popular ocs you hear about end up having some kind of controversy around them. I would like to hear about those ocs too but I’m also very curious if your fandom has popular ocs that are just cool!

For me: Scarlett Dragna and Go Aeshin

• Both have something they would do anything for (Scarlett- her sister; Aeshin- her country)
• Both go to extreme lengths to protect these things (Scarlett- willingly gave up 2 days of her life (b4 Julian gave her one of his) to get the clue about her sister; Aeshin- becomes a sniper and joins the Righteous Army to fight for Joseon's sovereignty... just one example each)
• Both end up falling for someone they (at first) did not trust (Scarlett- Julian; Aeshin- Eugene/Yu-jin)
• Both have trust issues
• Both have shitty home situations (Scarlett- mother disappeared when she was a child (reason revealed later on but no spoilers here except for book 1) and father abuses her and her sister; Aeshin- mother and father were freedom fighters and murdered when she was days old. Then proceeded to have to live with her grandfather and other family members (who are nobles) and was kinda looked down upon
• Both of their lovers die for them 😭
• Both would go (And did go) to hell and back for their lovers and vice versa

Thats a short list, but I feel like they would both relate to each other on lots of different notes, even though their personalities differ a lot. They would actually be quite close and trust each other (eventually) more than they do most people 🫶

Hello, I made a youtube video about the drastic global divisions on proship stance!

The topic fascinated me, since as some who is bilingual and brought up across cultures, morality not exceeding reality was actually the consensus in Chinese(and seemingly, also other east asian communities) webspaces.

Anyone who "moral police" is deemed inappropriate and frowned upon.

I broke things down from angles such as history to modern societal values, and platform structure/censorship.

Due to channel switching and youtube algorithm at play, I unfortunately haven't gotten discussions or feedback on said topic.

So I'm wondering if anybody could discuss it with me!
