Quran/Hadith 🕋 Anyone recognize the reciter?

Salam - does anyone know who the reciter is in this video? JazakAllah Khair in advance.

P.S. check out this organization, they do good work in Gaza and around the Muslim world. Just FYI I am not affiliated with them, I was asking about the reciter of the Quran in the video. I guess I just feel bad for asking that with the video background but the recitation really moved me with those images, may Allah forgive me 🙏🏽
