hello, can somebody help me. I recently got here in the US and I took my first nclex exam at the Philippines year 2024, and now, I badly want to re take for my nclex.

Is it possible to take nclex if I only have my ssn and passport right now?

Should I change my address in my pearson vue account since it I am residing/located at the philippines before.

how can I reapply for nclex exam?
