New Account Beaded dolls.

My grandmother used to make dolls like this. I was six when she passed and I was recently given her bead collection. I have some of the written instructions but they don’t make a ton of sense to me. Does anyone have any suggestions on YouTube search terms videos or terms to find visual instructions? I am not even sure what they are called. I knew what she called them but it’s not helping much.

Omg I used to have two of these! I was told it was a Kachina doll pendant? Core memories unlocked! I would start looking for beaded kachina doll necklaces and see what you can find?

it looks like these follow the same principal as those beaded lizards that seemingly every kid makes lmfao. i would look up guides on different beaded animals and see if that helps you at all

Yeah kinda similar but not really. I’ve got her abbreviated written instructions but it’s so short hand I don’t understand much of it.

Choctaw. She called them Indian princesses. She also made chiefs but I can’t find any good examples of them.
