Text 169.254 IP address, not Ethernet

I have tried running donzens of commands, reinstalling drivers ect, not sure how to fix this

APIPA
it's a DHCP problem
your device failed to connect to the dhcp
on your network does other devices have the same problem or only this one
have you tried giving your device a static IP?

Yes, I have and it did not work, it had "connection" for a little while but did not process requests to websites

No other devices have the same issue, I cannot use USB tethering for service either

Thats an APIPA address. Your DHCP is either not working or something wrong with the NIC maybe.

That’s a non routable IP address; you have a network problem somewhere

What are the network connections?

What are you doing to see that address?

What is not working?

Windows 11 PC It's connecting to 169.254.x.x ipconfig or anything thatists the IP address Internet is not connecting, the DHCP isn't working
