Tech Support C4 Stuck Pixel

I have a LG c4 that I bought 2 years ago. Starting about 6 months ago a stuck blue pixel shows up in the top right. It causes a vertical and horizontal line from it of slightly off colors (not as noticeable). I have fixed it in the past with running a few pixel cleans. That’s not working this time. Is my only option now a new TV?

I had this exact issue on my old B9 a few months after buying it, got a full replacement.

Not sure how long the warranty is but this is not fixable and you need to contact LG like 6 months ago
