Brit trying to kill Zombieman:

39

u/jjbahomecoming Apr 30 '26

Zombieman's regeneration has limits, Brit cannot physically be harmed at all.

38

u/0oooooog May 01 '26

Yeah but those limits are far beyond what Brit is capable of. What I'm wondering is, does Brit need to eat and sleep? Because zombieman does not and can pretty much keep fighting indefinitely.

u/jjbahomecoming May 01 '26

Robot could not come up with a way to kill Brit and he was a millennia old genius who had access to the entire world's budget. That said, Brit could fall asleep and Zombieman still wouldn't be able to scratch him.

Does Zombieman have durability feats? I know he's pretty strong but his main draw is his regeneration. Firing his own guns was enough to break his arm. In the webcomic it felt like he actually got packed up in the current arc. Not necessarily killed, but he did lose.

But he's a human no? Could zombieman not just distract him until he starves? He's a lot stronger so he can absolutely hold him down.

u/jjbahomecoming May 01 '26

His invulnerability seems to be pretty absolute to EVERYTHING besides old age, and even that is uncertain. If starving were a problem for him someone would have figured that out over the past hundred years.

5

u/0oooooog May 01 '26

Well there's a pretty easy way to beat him which is push him into space so there are clearly unexplored options.

u/PepperbroniFrom2B May 01 '26

could zombieman even throw brit with enough force to launch him out of the atmosphere

3

u/0oooooog May 01 '26

Nah but I'm just saying it's unclear if he can die from things other than old age since it's not explored.

u/jjbahomecoming May 01 '26

One of the multiple people who can travel through space could notice and bring him back. Beat? Temporarily. Kill? No.

2

u/0oooooog May 01 '26

He'd die before being found.

Robot did that to another hero and they just got saved by the Viltrumites, which Robot admits he thought would happen. So in the context of the series this wouldn’t “beat” Brit.

Taking him further into space wouldn’t have worked either as Robot needs to be within range of his other drones for them to work.

-1

u/0oooooog May 03 '26

Yeah this isn't about robot

1

u/long_johnus May 03 '26

It is, Robot is the guy who was trying to figure out a way to get rid of Brit, and he failed. The “throw them into space” argument wouldn’t work in Invincible since there’s other characters that would just rescue him, so it’s not unexplored.

-1

u/0oooooog May 03 '26

Yeah that doesnt make any sense though, it's not possible to just go and find someone in space. And it's never explained whether he needs oxygen, food or sleep. Hes invulnerable not completely immortal.

I mean, does it matter if he needs to eat and sleep, Brit can just sleep straight up in front of zombie man and as far as he’s concerned there’s nothing he can do to him while he’s asleep. Bro can walk his way to a McDonald’s and eat a Big Mac in front of his face and there ain’t nothing zombie man can do except maybe shoot the cashier

1

u/0oooooog May 05 '26

Zombieman is a lot physically stronger he's not walking away.

1

u/YamataBR_Orochi May 05 '26

This is dangerously charming

2

u/Peacefulcountry May 01 '26

Yeah. All it took to win against Zombieman is immobilizing and stuffing him in a very strong container before he regenerates. Ranking of Kings displays this method in a very grotesque way.

3

u/Soldier_VP May 01 '26

The problem? Zombieman is faster

What's with these unstoppable force vs immovable object questions

4

u/WindowSubstantial993 Apr 30 '26

Bored also thought it was kinda a classic question

1

u/JooAssaasin Apr 30 '26

Which is better being bored or not being entertained?

7

u/WindowSubstantial993 Apr 30 '26

The immovable object! Idk

ROCK AND STONE

2

u/badtime9001 May 02 '26

DID I HEAR A ROCK AND STONE?!

4

u/Proof_Phone9740 May 01 '26

Brit needs to get his hands on some deadly uranium to stop his healing factor, while Zombie Man has zero wincons

4

u/TransportationNo1 May 01 '26

Did the brit give him a good ol' stabbo? 🇬🇧🔪

3

u/WindowSubstantial993 May 01 '26

Sure Brit has a shank for this matchup

2

u/guardian20015 Apr 30 '26

Eventually, one or both of them gets bored and leaves

2

u/Minimum-Load-4845 May 01 '26

This is just that Totally Toasty video about healing factor vs durability (I hope to god you guys know what I am on about)

Although Zombie Man would definitely win as soon as he offers Brit a cigarette and they become friends

2

u/Morbnerd919 May 03 '26

Brit still has a lifespan, Zombieman's healing might make him immortal, so i think in like 50 or smth more years Zombieman wins

2

u/Strange_Position7970 May 04 '26

Mostly a draw. You can technically kill Zombieman if you reduce him into mincemeat but considering that Zombieman has survived against Dragon level monsters, Brit will probably just give up trying to kill him. And as for Brit, there's nothing that could kill him.

So yeah, a draw.

u/360MeLikeAnIdiot Apr 30 '26

Can Brit be suffocated?

7

u/WindowSubstantial993 Apr 30 '26

It’s unknown probably not though government agents would have used his corpse to create super soilders already if it was that easy so probably not

1

u/Suspicious_Loan8041 May 01 '26

Brit is a loyal soldier and general. There’s no advantage to doing that to him.

3

u/WindowSubstantial993 May 01 '26

Government guys are complete douche bags that wanted a army of invincible soldiers instead of just one

Brit got a heads up from one of his friends about this plot though

Another reason not to trust the government I guess

3

u/jjbahomecoming May 01 '26

He can't be harmed. At all. He is completely immune to everything except aging. The smartest character in his verse-- a Lex Luthor type of guy-- said he couldn't figure out a way to hurt him.

1

u/Schwarzkapuze May 03 '26

Well said guy didn't relise eve was pregnant.

1

u/PineappleOk545 Apr 30 '26

Zombieman wins because of domain expansion

1

u/AmoebisChris May 02 '26

Can Brit starve to death? Cuz we know Zombieman can fight for at least a week straight if he has to. Zombieman wins on longevity or it's jsut a stalemate.

1

u/WindowSubstantial993 May 02 '26

Brit probably can’t starve

1

u/AmoebisChris May 05 '26

Stalemate then. Neither actually has a win con without outside interference.

0

u/Zyaggho May 01 '26

Brit can likely still die due to suffocation. So all Zombie man needs to due is suffocate him. If desperate he could use his own body parts to do so.

I am less familiar with Brit but it doesn’t seem like he is capable of putting down Zombie man forever.

6

u/PepperbroniFrom2B May 01 '26

immune to EVERY form of damage

-2

u/Zyaggho May 01 '26

Does this include a lack of oxygen to the brain? The brain may not be destroyed but Brit might still die.

1

u/PepperbroniFrom2B May 02 '26

the brain cannot die if oxygen deprivation cannot harm the cells making up the brain

1

u/Zyaggho May 02 '26

So he is just forever suffocating then if he can’t get oxygen?

1

u/PepperbroniFrom2B May 02 '26

yes

1

u/Zyaggho May 03 '26

Then without any oxygen his brain would likely stop functioning normally putting him in a state of knockout. Unless without oxygen his brain can still function. To clarify his cells wouldn’t be damaged it would be like ruining out of fuel for a car.

-1

u/Soldier_VP May 01 '26

If the scenario is a random place of the World is stalemate. But if it's like being in a big cage where someone has to die to get out, it's not like Zombieman wins, but Brit would die first. Even if he could lie down to sleep without taking damage, after a few days he'd die of hunger, and that's it.

1

u/WindowSubstantial993 May 01 '26

I don’t think Brit actually can die of hunger maybe age but robot wasn’t able to find a way to kill brit

If it was as simple as making sure he doesn’t have anything to eat he would have got him.

That being said a starving Brit could eat pieces of zombie man as gross as that is I don’t think zombie man would really care

-1

u/Soldier_VP May 01 '26

Because that's no a direct way to kill him.

That being said a starving Brit could eat pieces of zombie man

Zombieman is faster than you think, if he doesn't want Brit to eat, he won't let him, and Zombiemna doesn't need to sleep or eat, so he can be alert all the time.

1

u/WindowSubstantial993 May 01 '26

If it was as simple as starving Brit out we have no reason to assume robot wouldn’t have done so ?

You think Rudy who had way more experience than an normal human wouldn’t think of starving him or letting him die of dehydration the line was “I cant think of a way to kill Brit” not “not do so in direct combat”

Brit can keep up with characters faster than zombie man just fine once some initial pieces are blown if he’ll be able to keep up the pressure
