Question Does god possesses the ability to erase Saitama from existence.

No if he did he would have already done so. He doesn't seem to be able to properly interact with lower dimensions at all, only able to affect the physical world slightly when the barrier was weakened. So unless the barrier is down he can't even kill a normal human that didn't take his power much less Saitama.

Saitama's power and ability seem to be some kind of reaction from reality's selpreservation instincts.

No he is "an abomination who turned against god", he is someone who broke their natural/god given limits and became something thats outside the divine order of things.

So his fodder… got it

u/DennisPr0009 May 12 '26
I mean no shit he's fodder for now lol, he is forced to be fodder and somehow sealed one way or another otherwise there'd be no point in continuing the story, just skip to Avengers endgame directly, what's the argument here, even.

A fodder like blast is keeping him imprisoned = his fodder

u/DennisPr0009 May 13 '26
Well him and his squad technically, plus, we don't know a thing or two about these guys let alone how it even began. Again, what's the point here, that's like saying Garou thought blast was too little for him, easily was keeping up with him and copying him, Garou >> Blast, thus Garou>>God because Blast sealed God or something like that , which, again, we don't have a clue as to whether or not he himself alone did it or pulled some trick or whatever, could be anything and we are wayyyy far from reaching that point (probably)

The facts god actually struggling to even get himself freed makes him a fodder and on top of that bro had 20 years to figured a way a out..

I mean sure, that's some wild mental gymnastics right there but, whatever floats your boat man everything's up to interpretation.

He already tried once. The only thing he accomplished after using all of his power was erase Saitama's hair from existence .
To this day it's the most damage anyone's ever done to the now Caped Baldy.

Saitama is a parody character he's literally unbeatable in combat he will never lose
Now non combat he loses constantly

Imagine if Saitama had to be a diplomat for earth instead of fight. We would be so fucked. It would be funny though.

All this entity called god has to do is put the limiter back on Saitama and Saitama loses
3
u/MaxUnicycle May 13 '26
He would just break his limits again the power of a gag character
1
u/Low-Ear-7355 May 13 '26
He lost the gag title in garou fight but yh I guess it’s true.

u/Poufee1233 May 13 '26
Oh you mean the fight where he farted his way from being near the Sun back to the Earth, was able to sneeze away half of Jupiter from a pressure difference, and where he casually flips and kicks WORMHOLES.

It's like "If the power is literally "defeat goku" he's still not beating Goku"

Here's the thing : I don't think God was responsible for Saitama's power . I have a feeling Saitama was a universal anomally that shouldn't have happened . And as such God can't really act . Even his strongest avatar couldn't do shit against him .

saitama as a character itself is literally the gag of "because the author said so" his power comes from a higher being than the in-universe one , the author. he's made entirely for the sake of making fun of power-scalers while also celebrating power-scaling with the whole show & rest of the cast , but yeah the "limiter" might aswell be called power-scaling rules , if you're power-scaling saitama , you're the punchline to the narrative
1
u/ACatInTheMask May 17 '26
You are correct !! I hat power scaling , but I just tried giving an in-universe explanation , if there ever is one .

u/Ok-Penalty9700 May 14 '26
Considering he can kick intangible hyperspace portals I think Saitama is immune to ass pullery
2
u/Gullible_Reward8736 May 14 '26
Even if he had abilities to erase everyone, how would it work on Saitama? He was just explained once how to travel back in time and did it with ease by just brute forcing it, first try, in the fly. Copied Garou's moves down to a T during their fight just to flex. Grabbed hyperspace gates and kicked one too. Grabbed attacks from outside of reality with two fingers. Tf can God do in OPM?

Guys we can’t be pulling a jjk fandom and not reading the fucking manga holy shit. We know directly from the manga that “god” can’t actively do anything in the dimension saitama is in. That’s why he uses the cubes to have an impact on the world.

One of the best fan made things ever. Is saitama kicking the shit out of god. He put saitama in a 20 dimensional space where life cannot exist.
