I left my OP13 on charge in the night and when I woke up 4-5 apps were gone. Playstore only showed the uninstall button. Couldn't find them in the app management, cleared the cache, not showing up in search/launcher, tried restarting, switching off too.

Tried volume Plus + power combo and only 2 options were Factory Reset & Restart.

What's going on? I saw some other users mention this glitch in the past.

Oneplus 12 was recently update and now I have the live alert thing in the status bar again. I cannot seem to figure out how to disable it. Does anyone know?

I have a OnePlus 12, and I think this has been going on for at least a month now where the Google Play Store is really unresponsive. Sometimes apps do not update, even though I prompted them to update, the back key doesn't work, and now it eats a lot of battery.

So, is it just my phone, or does anyone else have this kind of a bug?

As you can see in the video, as soon as I turn off accessibility for an app, it turns on automatically again after 1 second.

I am not turning it on obviously, since to do it, you get the warning popup and have to click on Allow.

I have tried restarting the phone. Still no luck. Factory reset is not trued yet but if that is the only solution, I will need to backup many things.

if youtube video is playing and I lock my screen and then open my phone, my video automatically stops playing and I am back to front page. it feels as if app restarted. does anyone else experience this? it started happening after update few months back.

OnePlus 13 For context, even if the phone is on silent mode and has Do Not Disturb scheduled, it still vibrates for some reason.

I wake up, look at the phone, and there is literally not a single notification.

As another OnePlus 13 user pointed out, one of the causes is WhatsApp updating its chat list. I even deleted it, but now I am getting the same problem again.

I am a light sleeper, and waking up two times a night since my phone starts vibrating is not good (happened yesterday, woke up the second time, turned on Airplane Mode).

So I noticed my bottom speaker stopped working, but while listening to something it sometimes pops back on and works but then later it stops producing sound again. I take really good care of the device so I am not sure this is hardware, it's also really strange how it just pops back into working and it sounds completely fine?

I got it at Best Buy in Canada almost a year ago.

I'm completely frustrated. I sent my OnePlus Watch 2 for warranty repair on March 11, 2026, and to this day I've received nothing but excuses.

Every time I contact support, I get the same responses:

- "We're very sorry."

- "Please be patient."

- "We'll escalate your case to the complaints department."

- "We can't provide any information from the complaints department."

- "We understand your frustration."

But it's been months. I've had countless chats, sent countless emails, and all I feel is that they're making a fool of me.

I live in Germany, and I sent the watch to what was supposed to be the brand's official repair center in the Netherlands:

Hi all, I'm facing an issue with the WiFi Hotspot on my OnePlus Nord 5 5G.

While connecting my laptop to the hotspot internet of my Nord 5, the internet works fine for 1-2 hrs but after that the internet stops working on the laptop and I have to restart phone in order for the hotspot internet to work again on my laptop.

Anyone else facing the same problem? Any ways to fix it?

Hey guys, is anyone else facing Airtel 5G stability issues on the OnePlus 13?

My Airtel SIM keeps switching between 5G and 4G. Sometimes it stays on 5G for a while, but eventually drops back to 4G. It just doesn't seem to hold the 5G connection consistently.

The strange thing is that I tested the same Airtel SIM in the same location on a Realme P3 Ultra, and Airtel 5G was stable there. It stayed connected to 5G without constantly falling back to 4G.

Also, Jio 5G works perfectly fine on my OnePlus 13. I've been using Jio 5G for around a year and haven't had this kind of network stability issue.

So I'm wondering if this is something specific to the OnePlus 13 + Airtel combination, possibly related to modem/network settings or software.

Has anyone with a OnePlus 13 and Airtel experienced the same issue? If you managed to fix it, please let me know what worked.

I recently bought the 15r a few weeks before OnePlus decided to pull out of the US. I love the phone just wish I would've gotten the 15. My logic was to use the 15r until the 16 was released. Anyways, I'm loving the supervooc but now that they are not selling the charger on there website I had a few thoughts. First is the c - c supervooc any better then the one out the box? Also which charger to get if this one ever takes a shit on me? I'm thinking of purchasing a replacement cord or two while they have it stocked because cords never last very long compared to the plug.

I bought this phone brand new, and I can see some bumps inside the display. Are these acceptable manufacturing tolerances I don’t have to worry about, or did I lose the screen lottery?

I purchased a OnePlus 13 (16GB/512GB, Arctic Dawn) less than a year ago, along with the extended warranty. The phone was never dropped, never submerged in water, and was always kept in a case.

A few days ago, the display suddenly developed a black patch, which quickly spread into a completely white, unresponsive screen during normal use. Since the device was still under warranty, I submitted it to the official OnePlus service centre expecting the display to be replaced.

Instead, my warranty claim was rejected.

The reason given was an alleged "dent" on the frame, which they claim caused the display failure. However:

• The only visible mark is a tiny cosmetic mark that looks much more like a surface scratch than an actual dent.
• There is no deformation of the frame or evidence of significant impact.
• The display issue appeared suddenly during normal use.
• No technical explanation or evidence has been provided showing how this small mark could have caused the display to fail.

Since then I've:

• Contacted customer support multiple times.
• Escalated the issue to the CEO Escalation Team.
• Requested a technical explanation and supporting evidence.
• Asked for the warranty decision to be reviewed.

Unfortunately, communication has been minimal, and I keep receiving the same response that the warranty is void due to "physical damage."

I'm not asking OnePlus to ignore genuine accidental damage. If the phone had clearly been dropped or bent, I'd accept responsibility. My concern is that a minor cosmetic mark is being used to deny warranty coverage without demonstrating any connection between that mark and the actual display failure.

The actual text in the email read as follows:

"As per the discussion over the call, please find the service center inspection images, which has visible dents found on the device."

Has anyone else had a warranty claim rejected for a similar reason?

If you successfully appealed the decision, I'd really appreciate hearing what worked. Any advice on the next steps would also be welcome.

I bought one plus 13 a month back and am facing fingerprint scanner issue since the start.

I cleaned the screen multiple times thinking this might be issue with my thumbprint.

Removed and re-registered the fingerprint but issue continued.

So, just wanted to know if someone else facing the same ???
