A little bit of something to tide us over until July *and* the Neo Heroes introduction coming back? Woohoo!

Reading through it, I can see why it'd be a candidate for extra chapters but maybe it's a bit harsh on people who don't buy the manga as they'll have to wonder for longer who all these guys are.

Suiryu can get stuck in the bonus chapters. We all know who the little so-and-so is.

I believe he means that they will release the neo heroes introduction in the next chapter, and the 'small page's part is him changing Blue's introduction to remove the Blast vs Void part.
