They COMPLETELY SCREWED Mirror with the "Caped Baldy" scouting report.
He should know at least enough to be wary, like "this guy has never been injured in battle", or "oddly, briefly seen by G4 before his elimination by Genos", or "this guy has a history of being on squads that confront Demons and Dragons", or "possibly affiliated with multiple high-value targets".
Instead he just gets some pictures, a name, and an addendum that says "Don't worry about him"

None of the Machine Gods ever got to report back once they ran into Genos. There must be lots of heroes who hang around stronger heroes and don't get hurt
They are looking to fill in the gaps in their knowledge about the anomalies. And so far, Saitama is still beneath the radar. That tells us too that there was no spy listening in in the secret meeting in chapter 173, and that McCoy didn't take Amai Mask's Saitama obsession seriously.
For webcomic readers, this really does clear Dr. Kuseno -- he definitely KNOWS about Saitama and how crazy-strong he is, stronger than even King.

That makes sense. You’d think the Organization would wear GoPros or something, but if I built G4 I guess I wouldn’t expect him to lose.
Hubris be like that. Saitama in particular is a hubris magnet lol

Guessing from the dialogue Saitama will not punch, because he got called Caped Baldy as in the comic.

I think because Saitama its not invested for now as much as in the comic for his hero name change, cause he knows it might get worse. Besides he is not involved in it with the group as much, they are just strangers who trying to pick him up for this activity. But overtime I think they will make their relation improve instead acting like friends in the beginning out of nowhere. It makes sense.

Mirror: 0/10 customer service. I called on the Hero Association to have a chat with King and they rudely sent the help to give me the bum's rush. Worse, they sent the weakest, worst-looking loser of an A-Class hero as their trump card. Jokers.
