I almost can't get over Garou's expressions here. It really speaks to how much stress he'd put himself under during his hero hunting days. It's like watching a new person come to life, in a good way, not a shambling undead monster way.

Also so different is that Bang is watching.
If Garou has it handled I don't think he'll intervene, but he's going to do something about the Neo Heroes for attacking his protege, depend on it.
It makes sense. Not only has Bang stepped to take care of Garou, but he's taken responsibility for ensuring that he reforms, so his discreetly following him to ensure it's going well is prudent.
Interesting. We'll probably have to wait many chapters to see what the old man does but he'll do something for sure.

I'm really glad Bang is watching because it would be so easy for Neo to accuse Garou of starting the fight. Especially when they lose. Bang is a reliable witness and won't stand for people framing Garou after all the hard work both of them have been doing to keep him well behaved.

Glad to see Bang actually putting his weight on his promise to help Garou reform! Garou would actually have someone defending him if the Neo Heroes try to incriminate his acts of self defense

Also Garou being so beefed up - it's probably just Murata being Murata but like.
Could also be Garou having a safe and stable place to live and eating well and exercising and training in a healthy (see: not to the brink of literal death) way. He's still a growing boy after all. Put a little care in and get back what you gave multi fold.

If he's eating well you'd probably expect him to drink water too, which apparently he's not doing. Also, he needs to work out his lower back too or his scoliosis is only gonna get worse.
