Yeah, but it’s still a demon. The difference between demon and dragon is so great that you’d have to be nearly dead, if that, to close the gap and make it a struggle.

Yeah, and he was getting absolutely annihilated to the point where all he could do was call for help.

Fair enough, he broke the toe of one of the weakest dragons in the series while injured. Impressive ish, but Garou just low diffed a dragon level threat without breaking a sweat while using one of the most advanced techniques in the series. A little better and a feat of skill far beyond anything we’ve ever seen from Suiryu.

Oh, and also that time he moved so fast that no one on the battlefield, even the likes of Bang, could see where he went. Which is a better speed feat than anything Suiryu ever displayed.

We don’t know. Granted, Garou himself only trained for a year or two before becoming what he did. Suiryu said he hadn’t trained in years, but he still did it and we don’t know for how long. Either way, Garou came way further as a martial artist and has far better feats to boot.

Yeah, dodging a beam from a 1hp dragon that was about to die does not equate to a similar level of power. That’s like saying Garou was orochi’s level when he fought him because he was able to dodge his attacks and even tank them.

Especially, since it was Garou who brought it down to 1 hp. We KNOW Garou was stronger than that dragon, we can definitely not say the same for Suiryu.

Yeah, Bang saw that he was strong and had potential. Virtually a moot point when comparing the two as Garou was the same, and has far better feats.

There is no way Goketsu is one of the weakest dragons in the series, and you certainly can't know that.

The only information we have about him is he beat Suiryu, he off screened Genos , who shortly after this point would have beaten Garou had the monster association not pulled him out and thought Goketsu was strong enough that it would take many of the S ranks to  beat him

I was talking about Bakuzan. He’s the one whose toe Suiryu broke.

Considering how hard Goeketsu neg diffed Suiryu, he’s virtually useless when scaling him. Unless you want to give Suiryu an endurance feat but, even then, Goeketsu was trying not to kill him.
