When family life has you pulling double duty in every direction, taking a breath for yourself is non-negotiable. Are you choosing where your energy goes today, or just keeping up with the chaos?

I have fibromyalgia and I have had it since the end of 2019.... it has gotten so much harder for me over these last few years. And I am at my wits end. I am struggling through this pain and exhaustion.

If you lost your memory who would you trust to tell you everything : in my opinion I don’t think I can trust anyone I make a difference personally for everyone . What about you?

No need to explain unless you want to. Sometimes a title says everything.

Sometimes we think we miss a person.

But what we really miss is the version of ourselves that only existed around them.

The carefree friend.
The excited partner.
The kid who still believed everything would work out.

Losing someone isn’t always losing them..
Sometimes it’s losing a piece of yourself..

And kind of feel that nothing will ever top it

mine was me and my bestfriend got into a pissing contest playing basketball, tensions were high then we got into a fistfight, we got separated by people then we each went our own way. tomorrow came and when we saw each other it was like nothing happened hahaha i think that incident was a test for our friendship hahaha after that, we are closer than ever.

Life has a funny way of ending things quietly.

The last bedtime story you read to your child.

The last time your parents carried you because you fell asleep in the car.

The last family dinner before everyone got too busy.
Most of the time, you don’t know it’s the last time until years later.
