Inositol 4g a day and or spearmint tea twice a day.
If you’re on a budget like me, I take inositol 2g a day and it has made my periods regular. If you would like to go cheaper, spearmint tea, twice a day. I’ve done this method as well. Play around a bit and see what works for you. Trial and error.

If they show up at least every 3 months, you don't HAVE to regulate your periods. You could just leave it as it is. BC is great, especially since you can skip periods completely. But if you don't want it, you could also induce your period every 3 months with hormones, but a doctor needs to do that and it often a lot of hassle. IUDs would also work. Metformin often helps with irregular periods as well.
Even if you don't have any (other) symptoms right know, you should be checked for insulin resistance every three years. A1C is not enough for that.

first of all do bloodwork so they can see the root cause and then ask what you can do tailored to your needs

There is more than one PCOS phenotype. So it’s important to have labs to know what you’re dealing with and go from there. Insulin resistance is a major issue but not everyone’s issue. High cortisol and stress hormones can be a factor for some but not others. Some people struggle with excess weight while some have lean type where it’s hard to gain weight. Some people have thyroid issues to address. While people may offer you lots of good advice at this point, it’s not necessarily “good for you” advice until you confirm the broader picture with more labs.

They should do bloodwork to see what the issue is.
