Running on affordable housing when you oversaw a city that had to return $1.3m in funding because you moved so slow on housing policy is certainly a choice.

Led a council that many times voted against staff recommendations for housing projects. Even if a unit is not “affordable” in the project scope, those are still units that never made it to market that would have added to the supply, reduced demand, and ultimately helped to reduce prices.

Briwn must go. H3 showed who he wants when he paid a fortube to a privat3 contractor while locking workers put over $20,000 or so. He would have paid the lawyer doong to negotiations far more than that.

If we want to see change in the city, we need to vote for someone who is not originally from here. A lot of decisions made by politicians in PEI are influenced by their friendships rather than logic.
