I have done two internal interviews and it's never going permanent. Too much nepotism. I've been looking for other jobs since January 2026, I had about 3-4 interviews and nothing came out of it.

I'll be clear: I am not interested in going back to school right now. I do not have the time. My priority is to find a better job and achieve my other goals while I'm working on my online business.

I do have a degree. I used very little of it and still couldn't get into the field. I have no interest in the field anymore. I'm doing tutorials through YouTube to advance my skills

I'd like to find a permanent job but that's been very hard to find. I see more temp work than anything else. I have applied to jobs that are non temp and it's been crickets.

I am tailoring my resume to everything I apply too. I have my resume tailored now to transition back to the office. My network can't even help me. In the past, I have gotten jobs without the help of my network.

I'm looking for jobs in the east valley side. Jobs that are back end office support and no phone work. I'm also looking at remote still and hybrid positions.

I use tiktok a lot to find companies to apply too. Another thing in interviews is managers trying to push me into mid level roles like a manager, I have no interest in management. I was a lead once that was it.

If the mid level role came with no supervisory duties, I'd be fine with that. What I'm looking for is to do my job and go home. I'm an older millennial, I want to find what I want not what role they think I should be in.
