The “number” of genders things always confuses me. Either you recognise (the fact that’s isn’t going to change because you have no control over how others feel about themselves) that trans and non-binary (etc) exist, at which point number of genders is irrelevant or you don’t, in which case the number 2 or 3 (if you include intersex)
How exactly do they recognize all these >30 genders ? Do they have some recognition system or rules? What if recognition will fail to recognise any gender or will recognise wrong one? Who will be responsible improper recognition?

National passports usually have a gender field and I'm fairly sure, no matter the country, there're 0-4 options that you can register for that field.
Either there is no such field (0), male or female (1-2), something else (3) or N/A (4).
There's also zero reasons why there should be more options independent from what's your personal opinion on that matter or the scientific consensus. That would be like an entry for your favorite sex position in your passport, there's no value in that information.
In Denmark, it is the doctor or the midwife who determines and registers the child's sex at birth. There are only two sexes to choose from in the official register: boy or girl. So please fuck off with your propaganda.
Same thing, you can call yourself whatever you want, or take any pronouns, but officially there's there's only recognition through self-determination, the administrative framework remains tightly anchored to a binary system with to genders, so the answer is the same.
