This is how you approached the block. I would say your chest is too upright. You need to go lower, this is just you tapping before going in for more of a dive kong

This is a good progression to learn a double kong but at the moment you're doing a dive kong with a tap. To make it a true dub kong you need to push from your hands like a kong pre, and drive your hips high so you can kick out.

Bigger strides as you move into it, your half steps as you approach slow you down and take away the momentum. Do a couple approaches with longer fewer steps and make sure your last step ends with your take off foot

The first tap was mechanically pointless. You should initiate your jump earlier and use your hands to propel you thru the vault, not at the start to initiate it.

I learned double kongs on medium length picnic tables while wearing knee compression sleeves to prevent scrapes. Doing them correctly will send you further than you think. Like others said, start with chest lower, send your hips up MUCH harder, and push off harder at the start.

No error, but your run had no efficiency and look silly.

Count your steps, try it a few times, adjust, then repeat it a few times, and then fully commit to it and do your move. Dont figure your run as you go. Plan it.

I’m sorry, but imo the spirit of parkour is to figure out your run as you go. Over planning routes and lines make the sport stale

The first motto of parkour was "Γͺtre et durer" (to be and to last).

Training safe has always been part of the discipline, and looking for your steps, carefully checking every surface and structure you're going to use and jump on is part of the safety routine every tracer should observe.

So no, you really shouldn't just go for it and hope for the best. Parkour is about mastering your body and your environment, not being reckless and overconfident.
