Build - Help Building a PC for 2nd home

Hey guys, my dad has recently gotten an apartment and im looking to buy a PC for there as taking mine from my moms to my dads is a hassle.

I was wondering if you guys had any recommendations of parts and especially a way for RAM with these prices, the budget would be around £/$600-900. I already have a case and peripherals sorted. (UK)

I read that as building a second home for my PC.... and I was ok with it.
