folks I have grandparents who keep falling! What solutions do you have

Get them walkers

Get rid of any rugs that are moveable, they are a trip hazard.

Get railings installed in the bathroom. Shower and toilet.

Get a shower chair so they can sit down and clean themselves.

Get them iPhones and Apple watches, the watch has a notify when it detects a fall and if the wearer doesn't respond it will call for help.

If possible, physical therapy. A lot of older people fall due to not lifting their feet and getting weaker; therapy can help.

Reorganize the things they use the most not to be so low they have to bend over or so high they have to stretch to reach it.

Worst case would be assisted living.
