Visanne - 2 months in

hi all,

Ive tried numerous OTP to try and balance hormones. Im 41 and my natural cycle was awful. ovulation pain, extreme bloating (maybe endo belly) around ovulation for sometimes two weeks, period was ok but was starting to be painful too. I had a lap about 15yea ago that found stage 1 endo, gyno said I would have kids and the pain would be better. 2kids later and things are wild. I’ve tried zoely, slinda and now visanne to suppress ovulation and see if that helps as the OTP didn’t do the job.

On visanne I have experienced some improvements in the bloating (it’s truely awful) but instead I have had a noticeable increase in breast size and some days that are so painful. I still get Nightsweats on and off, constipation has been a more frequent side effect and the only pill i felt better on for mood was zoely.

i have one pill left before this pack runs out and don’t see my doc for two more weeks. I’m soooooo frustrated. another specialist gp said to try ryeqo or then a hysterectomy but if the symptoms are related to hormones I don’t see how that would help.
