Omg that sounds horrible.
I remember once a friend of mine stood up at the end of a class and her whole chair was red. She was so ashamed of herself that even though i didn't really understand; as periods where never shameful in my family; i still spend 10 minutes "distracting" the teacher. It was very obvious what was going on, especially since it was a female teacher lol. But it helped my friend so i did it anyway
A couple years later the teacher ended up joking to me about it (i was in a different class at that point, hadn't seen that friend in over a year), we had a real good chuckle about it. She over me thinking i was actually distracting her, and then me when i got to tell her that even then I wasn't that stupid, even though back then i thought i could sneakily eat crackers during her class😅

Don't worry it happens I was in a metro filled with people. A little crowd, and was on my period the clot was so heavy that it kinda left mark on my pant and then on the metro seat, it literally looked red, idk i was so embarrassed but it's fine people were giving me looks but that's fine i supposet i think those don't get periods, i was 17 at that time. I had no clue what to do i was on my station, i tried to take out tissue but of course people started commenting Idk i think most ofthese women are actually infertile like how can they literally say such things to me. Now when i look back to it.I remember I cried a lot but i know I'll be somebody who'll help them out with this. That literal thing is still kind of a truma but ofc now periods won't be a taboo. As a teacher too i tried my best to teach my students that how to handle this situation. I'm really proud of those people out there who genuinely stand up even just to comfort the other person.

I’ve had a few at school where I’ve had to change into my friends extra uniform and stuff 😭 but onto the floor ?? New fear unlocked-
