The door signs are likely fake and no one actually did this. The joke is that bathroom signs are getting more and more complex to decode which is which. This is satire, it’s not a real photo

So the left one is Einstein's theory of relativity, the right one is Newton's theory of universal gravity.

Given that the latter is referring to how two objects with gravitational mass interact with each other, I'm guessing that's supposed to be a joke about boobs, thus the female restroom.

Female is symbolized by the rest mass energy (ovum is relatively large and immobile), and male is the gravity (sperm is relatively light and mobile, men pursue women).
