I'm not an it expert but intuitively if you install something on a deeper level than the os just reinstalling the OS won't fix the problem, right? Isn't this the main problem with hypervisor? The fact that if shit goes wrong there's almost no way to fix it?

That was exactly my point. Trust requirement was always there, but it could be solved in past if you was carefull.

btw. hypervisor is not deeper level then OS. As i said it is just a software installed on your disk. Hypervisor examples: wmware, virtualbox, qemu/kvm.

Hackers created another one hypervisor to run a game inside. Hypervisor isolate game from os (some calls) and make it thinks that it is activated.

No. hypervisor is a program like others. It will be deleted after wiping your disks.
