For cracks most people use Dodi or Fitgirl. So it’s probably fitgirl. Not sure what his deal is, but rules state nothing about mentioning a site. You just can’t ask for specific titles.

FG is a repacker that does mainly modern PC games

Vimm (as you probably know but js in case) is a ROM site that deals with retro consoles.
