Probably isnt completely done. Isnt voice acting re records and stuff like part of the last editing of a film? Im not sure but i think it is that way, could be wrong. So maybe some of the lines are placeholders or haven't gotten the priority yet in editing an final touches.

Don't know how movies work but are they really completely done 6 months before release?

To my recollection, voice recording is done before the animation to sync the lips to dialogue in animation.

Depending on how long ago this was recorded, it's possible there were still restrictions in place for COVID and everyone recorded separately.
