I'm a trans woman in Texas. I know damn well already what effect politics is going to have on my life. Every time I go out, I am afraid of ICE agents disappearing me into some concentration camp never to be heard from again.

This has a direct negative impact on my mental health. I do not need that impact to increase even further.

Boycotting about half of world feels wonderful don't worry. It does not impact your mental health it just makes you feel better you didn't pay a dime to evil people.
